CANCELLATION POLICY

We require all clients to hold a card on file to book with us to ensure the security of our business. All cancellations and appointment changes must be confirmed 24 hours prior to the time of the service or a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. No show appointments will be charged 50% of the service cost. Late arrivals are accepted for the remainder of the appointment time and charged the full amount of the service booked. A $10 fee will be charged if excess makeup removal is needed. All prices are subject to change based upon the work and supplies necessary.
